The University of Mostar and the Federal University of Itajubá (Universidade Federal de Itajubá, UNIFEI) from Brazil have signed an academic cooperation agreement. Founded in 1913, UNIFEI is one of the most prestigious engineering universities in Brazil, with over a century of tradition in education and research, particularly in electrical engineering, where it ranks among the leading institutions in Latin America. It is considered the first technological university and one of the top ten engineering universities in Brazil.
